(TSXV PED H) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it intends to grant 1,021,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options will expire in 2 years and will be exercisable at a price of $0.17.
The Company also wishes to announce that Mr. Brian Stecyk will fill the vacancy created by Mr. Brian Murray, who has resigned as a director and officer of the Company.
