With U.S. stock markets set to open in two hours, Kansas City Southern (KSU) was up 19.5% in pre-market trading, and CRISPR Therapeutics (CRSP) was up 6.1%. j2 Global (JCOM), Adaptive Biotechnologies (ADPT), and IBM (IBM) were all posting gains of at least 3%.
