The Dow was most recently trading 402 points (1.2%) lower, as shares of Chevron and Goldman Sachs are contributing to the index’s intraday decline. Chevron’s shares have declined $3.45, or 3.3%, while those of Goldman Sachs have declined $8.82 (2.4%), combining for an approximately 81-point drag on the Dow. Nike Boeing and Caterpillar are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components results in a 6.58-point swing.
