MORRISTOWN, NJ — Although coronavirus restrictions have waned, many Morris County families are still reeling from the pandemic. Mutual Morris, a mutual-aid organization, will hold a “Solidarity Market” on Saturday to help.
The market, which functions as a Morris County-wide yard sale, will have a location in Morristown (20 Brookfield Way). All proceeds will support the group’s efforts to continue providing groceries, diapers, toiletries and other essentials to families impacted by COVID-19.
Anyone who’d like to donate items or volunteer can visit Mutual Morris’s link page. Mutual Morris seeks items in good condition to help raise funds.
The yard sale will take place in four locations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (rain date Sunday). Here’s where to find the sales:
- 20 Brookfield Way, Morristown
- 17 Jefferson Ave., Lake Hiawatha
- 27 Guy St., Dover
- 17 North St., Madison
