Shares of Nike and American Express are trading higher Thursday morning, propelling the Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive territory. Shares of Nike and American Express are contributing to the index’s intraday rally, as the Dow is trading 88 points higher (0.3%). Nike’s shares are up $4.53 (2.8%) while those of American Express are up $1.89 (1.2%), combining for an approximately 42-point bump for the Dow. Boeing JPMorgan Chase and Walt Disney are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.58-point swing.
