(TSXV: SCZ) (“the Company” or “Santacruz”) announces the grant of 1,000,000 incentive options (the “Options”) to a consultant in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan. The Options have an exercise price of $0.385 per share, expire five years from the date of grant, and will vest 40% on grant, 20% on August 15, 2022 and 20% on each of February 15, 2023, August 15, 2023.
