Travelers, Chevron share losses lead Dow's 37-point drop

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is falling Wednesday afternoon with shares of Travelers and Chevron delivering the stiffest headwinds for the index. The Dow DJIA was most recently trading 37 points, or 0.1%, lower, as shares of Travelers TRV and Chevron CVX are contributing to the index’s intraday decline. Travelers’s shares are down $2.11, or 1.1%, while those of Chevron have dropped $1.96, or 1.1%, combining for a roughly 27-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Amgen AMGN, Apple AAPL, and 3M MMM. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
