U.S. stock futures mostly steady as traders await GDP data, while tech set to rise on Tesla bounce

U.S. stock futures were flat to higher on Thursday, as a rebound in the previous session underpinned sentiment and optimism over results from Tesla Inc. was set to boost the tech sector.

On Wednesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA rose 10 points, or 0.03%, to 33744, the S&P 500 SPX declined 1 points, or 0.02%, to 4016, and the Nasdaq Composite COMP dropped 21 points, or 0.18%, to 11313.
