There is reason to believe there will be new life to an old bank building in central Midland.
At the southwest side of the intersection of Andrews Highway and Wall Street has been an old bank building. Attempts to redevelop the property have been unsuccessful.
Well, the property around the 2200 block of West Wall Street has been purchased by Midland Memorial Hospital. Officials told the Reporter-Telegram, “We are evaluating it as a potential component of our master facilities plan, and expect to establish a clear direction by the end of this quarter.”
