Dow climbs 182 points on gains for Home Depot, UnitedHealth shares

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is trading up Tuesday afternoon with shares of Home Depot and UnitedHealth seeing positive momentum for the index. The Dow was most recently trading 182 points (0.5%) higher, as shares of Home Depot and UnitedHealth have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally. Home Depot’s shares are up $7.90, or 2.5%, while those of UnitedHealth are up $11.14 (2.3%), combining for an approximately 125-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Dow Microsoft and 3M A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow results in a 6.59-point swing.
