Dow up 335 points on gains for shares of Salesforce, American Express

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is rallying Tuesday afternoon with shares of Salesforce and American Express leading the way for the blue-chip average. The Dow DJIA is trading 335 points, or 1.1%, higher, as shares of Salesforce CRM and American Express AXP have contributed about 25% of the index’s intraday rally. Salesforce’s shares have climbed $7.57 (4.3%) while those of American Express are up $6.07 (3.9%), combining for an approximately 90-point boost for the Dow.
