Renowned distributor and trade analyst Raj Bansal says the film’s fate will depend heavily on its execution. “We need to see how big the canvas is and how the director has treated the film. If it has entertainment, then it has chances. Also, it has the star power,” he explains. Bansal believes that while patriotic dramas need emotional weight, they also require compelling storytelling to attract mass audiences, a space where Salman Khan’s presence can make a tangible difference.
Prominent trade expert Taran Adarsh echoes this sentiment, highlighting the undeniable pull of the actor. “That film boasts of star power,” he notes, adding that the sheer magnitude of Salman Khan’s fan following gives Battle Of Galwan a significant edge over similar genre films.
According to Adarsh, the combination of a real-life conflict, a high-stakes narrative, and a marquee lead actor has the potential to deliver strong box-office results, if packaged with the right balance of drama, action, and emotion.
