The Nasdaq Composite jumped another 3.3%, on track for its third consecutive gain of 2% or more. The tech-heavy index hasn’t done that since April 12, 2001, according to Dow Jones Market Data. The S&P 500 was up 1.8%. The Nasdaq Composite was up 2.3%.
