Dow up 600 points, S&P 500 and Nasdaq jump on pause in Iran hostilities

U.S. stocks opened sharply higher on Monday on optimism around a pause in Iran war hostilities. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up about 600 points, or 1.2%, near 52,562. The S&P 500 was up 0.8%.
